Original works and assets
Copyright is asserted over eligible original text, artwork, photography, audiovisual material, software and documentation owned by Livrarte / reisioval or the relevant contributors. Permission is required for reproduction, adaptation or redistribution unless a licence or applicable law permits it. Mere access to this website is not a general asset licence.
Existing MIT permissions remain valid
The MIT licence applies to the original material included in the earlier distribution carrying that licence. This notice does not withdraw permissions granted for those copies, or relicense third-party material. It does not extend MIT to the entire website, brand, every asset or later private development. Consult the licence accompanying each item.
Third-party and AI-assisted material
Official curricula, examination papers, libraries, fonts, music, third-party imagery and user-created content retain their own ownership and terms. No exclusive rights are claimed over underlying ideas, methods, facts, game rules or official curricula. Protection of AI-assisted work depends on the eligible human contribution and applicable law; this notice does not assert exclusive copyright over purely AI-generated elements.
Names, attribution and endorsement
Do not present your use of our names or materials as an authorised partnership, endorsement or official product unless it has been agreed in writing. No registered trademark status is asserted here. Preserve applicable copyright notices, credits and licence terms.
Request a licence or report a concern
Write to examesnacionais@livrarte.org with the asset URL, intended use, territory, duration and distribution channel. For a rights concern, identify the work, the relevant URL and your relationship to the rights holder. Requests are reviewed individually.
Public asset record
The public asset manifest records file hashes and this notice. It is an integrity record, not a copyright registration, independent timestamp or proof of ownership. Private source files and personal data are not included.
