Intellectual Property and Copyright
Livrarte, livR, the study-game method, the AI tutor flow, game cards, certified-exam card presentation, rankings, private access-code cards, visual identity, educational texts, prompts, interface design and related product materials are protected intellectual property of Livrarte and its creators, unless otherwise stated.
Protected material
- Source code, architecture, product flows and original database structure.
- Educational game-card format, crown and keyword mechanics, ranking rules and private card access-code flow.
- Original mappings from verified official course units to pedagogical profiles, source-evidence checks and curriculum-isolation logic.
- Original prompts, tutor instructions, explanatory text, user interface copy and training logic.
- Logos, icons, screenshots, brand names, visual layout and store assets.
- Original documentation, reports, marketing material and investor material.
Official curriculum sources
Livrarte may reference public official education, university and examination sources to help students study. Those sources, official course names and public documents remain owned by their respective bodies. Livrarte does not claim ownership of official curricula, study plans, exam papers or third-party material.
Permitted use
Students, teachers, reviewers and partners may use Livrarte only through the official website, mobile app, TestFlight, Google Play or authorised Livrarte channels. Normal screenshots or quotes for review, testing, press, support or educational evaluation are allowed when they do not misrepresent the product or extract protected content at scale.
Not permitted
- Copying, cloning, reselling or rebranding the Livrarte product, tutor flow, card structure or private-code model.
- Scraping, bulk extraction, automated copying or reconstruction of game cards, prompts, rankings or educational datasets.
- Using Livrarte names, logos or screenshots in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or ownership without written permission.
- Publishing derivative apps, websites or datasets that reproduce the distinctive Livrarte study-game experience.
